All Osprey Engrave products are made to order. Our typical processing time is:
Standard Processing: 3-7 Business Days
- Time begins after order placement and payment confirmation
- Excludes weekends and holidays
- Does not include shipping transit time
Rush Processing Available:

Order Tracking
Tracking Your Order
When You'll Receive Tracking:
- Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of shipment
- Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it
- Tracking link is also available in your Shopify account (if applicable)
What to Expect:
- Initial tracking scan may take 24-48 hours to appear
- "Pre-shipment" status means carrier has received the shipping label but not the package
- First scan typically occurs when the carrier picks up the package

Shipping Addresses
Accurate Addresses Are Critical
Your Responsibility:
- Provide complete and accurate shipping address
- Include apartment/suite numbers
- Verify address before completing purchase
- Update address immediately if you move
Address Changes:
- Contact us within 2 hours of placing order for address changes
- After shipment, we cannot change the address

P.O. Boxes:
- We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only
- UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- Select USPS shipping method if using a P.O. Box
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO):
- We ship to military addresses via USPS
- Processing and delivery may take longer
- Tracking may be limited once it enters military postal system

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Stolen Packages

Damaged Packages
