At Osprey Engrave LLC, we're committed to getting your custom engraved products to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.


📦 Processing Times

Standard Products (In-Stock Items)

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase

Custom Orders (Engraved Items)

  • Processing Time: 7-10 business days
  • Custom engraving requires additional time for design approval and production
  • You will receive a digital proof within 24 hours for approval before we begin engraving
  • Production begins once you approve the proof

Note: Processing times do not include shipping time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


🚚 Shipping Times & Methods

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Total Time (Standard Products): 6-9 business days from order date
  • Total Time (Custom Orders): 12-17 business days from order date

Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location to ensure the fastest delivery time.

United States

We currently ship to all 50 states, including:

  • Residential addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses

International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Destination
  • Shipping method selected

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 within the continental United States.


📬 Order Tracking

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • Track your package using the tracking number provided
  • Updates are available in real-time through the carrier's website

Tracking Issues

If your tracking hasn't updated in 2-3 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

  1. Order Confirmation - Immediately after purchase
  2. Design Proof (Custom Orders) - Within 24 hours
  3. Production Started (Custom Orders) - After proof approval
  4. Shipping Confirmation - When order ships with tracking number
  5. Delivery Notification - When package is delivered

🏠 Delivery

Safe Delivery

  • Packages are typically left at your door or mailbox
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Package Protection

We recommend:

  • Having packages delivered to a secure location
  • Using a business address if available during work hours
  • Requesting signature confirmation for valuable orders
